My cousin Renee gave me this recipe, where she got it, no one knows. But, it is the easiest Praline recipe, even a novice can make them.

pinch tips: Parchment Paper Vs Wax Paper




1 pkg
vanilla or butterscotch cooking pudding
1 c
1/2 c
packed brown sugar
1 small
can evaporated milk (2/3 cup)
1 c
chopped pecans
2 Tbsp

Directions Step-By-Step

Mix all together, but nuts, cook and stir over low heat until dissolved and mixture boils; boil gently until mixture forms a soft ball in cold water. Remove from heat, stir in nuts and beat by hand until thick (not hard). Drop on ungreased wax paper by teaspoon. Let dry. Store in airtight container.
