Peanut Butter Roll

- 1/2 box
- powdered sugar
- 1/4 stick
- milk--enough to make a soft dough
- 1 tsp
- peanut butter
1Mix powdered sugar, butter, vanilla and milk.
2Form to a soft dough.
3Using powdered sugar, roll on a flat surface to about 1/4 inch thickness.
4Spread peanut butter evenly over surface close to edge (not all the way to edge).
5Gently roll into a log and transfur to a pan.
6Chill for 1-2 hours. Remove from fridge and slice. Place in a container and keep in fridge to keep candy firm.
