Peanut Butter Krispie Balls

This is a great tasting candy to add to your Christmas treat tray, give in a treat bag or just to treat yourself with a cup of coffee. It's so easy to make with just a few ingredients.

1 stick
2 c
powdered sugar
1 1/2 c
peanut butter
2 c
rice krispies
6 ounce package chocolate chips

Directions Step-By-Step

Have butter at room temperature. Cream butter, peanut butter and powdered sugar. Stir in Rice Krispies. Roll into 1 inch balls or dip out with candy dipper onto a dish. Place in refrigerator at least 2 hours or until completely chilled. Melt chocolate chips and dip 1/2 ball in chocolate and place on wax paper to harden. Remove from wax paper to covered container. Refrigerate. Makes about 3 dozen.
