Peanut Butter Balls

- 1 c
- butter softened
- 1 qt
- peanut butter, creamy or crunchy
- 3 lb
- confectioners' sugar ( approx.)
- 3 tsp
- vanilla extract
- 2 pkg
- chocolate bark candy coating, melted
1Mix together butter and peanut butter. Add vanilla and sugar. Mix well. Batter should be thick enough to hold its shape.
2Make into balls about 1 inch. Put in refrigerator until you are ready to dip in chocolate. Melt chocolate 6 squares at a time so it won't get hard on you while you are dipping. I find a small deep bowl works for me to melt the chocolate in. Then they are easier to dip. Go by directions on package for melting the chocolate.
3Dip the peanut butter balls in the chocolate and place on a waxed paper lined cookie sheet. Place in refrgerator to set. Store covered in refrigerator or a real cool place.
