- (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk

- powdered sugar
- 1/2 tsp
- peppermint extract
1Beat condensed milk and half of powdered sugar at low speed with an electric mixer until blended. Stir in peppermint extract. Gradually add remaining powdered sugar, beating at medium speed until stiff.
2Roll mixture into 1/2 inch balls; roll in desired sugar and place on a lightly cooking spray greased cooling rack. Let stand 8 hours to firm.
