- peanuts, raw (regular or spanish)
1Lay out wax paper spray with butter spray so it is ready to use.
In Sauce pan all ingredients except peanuts, med heat, bring to boil, using candy thermometer....boil to soft ball stage approx. 1 hr stirring constantly...
2Then add 3C Nuts...fold in...remove from heat, immediately to wax paper and start dropping by teaspoonful onto wax paper as fast as you can... the candy will thicken fast if need be return to stove and heat just a bit to soften a bit to return to the liquid stage once more.
3Let candy cool completely before storing...
If you want to add food coloring to it you may but we like ours O-Natural.....
