|6 oz||chow mein noodles|
|1 c||flaked coconut|
|6 oz||semisweet chocolate chips or finely chopped semisweet chocolate|
|6 oz||butterscotch chips|
|3 oz||slivered almonds|
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Place noodles and coconut on cookie sheet in single layer.
Bake 10 minutes or until crisp.
Melt chocolate chips and butterscotch chips in top of double boiler over hot, not boiling water.
Remove from heat; stir in almonds, coconut and noodles.
Drop mixture by teaspoonfuls onto waxed paper and cool until set--makes 5 dozen cookies.
