    sugar
  • 1 Tbsp
    butter
  • 1/4 c
    nutmeats

How To Make nut brittle

  • 1
    Caramelize the sugar; add the butter. Pour over 1/4 cup nuts which have been placed in a buttered pan

    When cool, break in the desired sized pieces
