Norma's Cream Cheese Mints

- (3 ounce) cream cheese softened at room temp.
- 1 Tbsp
- 3 1/2 c
- confectioners' sugar
- 1/2 tsp
- pepperment extract or almond extract
- 2 to 3
- drops of rd food coloring
- grandulated sugar for coating
1Using a mixing bowl beat cream cheese with milk until smooth.
2Add confectioners sugar, peppermint extract and food coloring and beat until well blended.
3Spoon out small amount to fill molds. Roll in sugar and press small amounts of mixture into rose shaped candy molds or any mold you might want to use.
4Turn molds over and tap to remove from molds and dip in sugar again if more is needed and place on a cookies sheet lined with waxed paper and place in refrigerator to air-dry.
5Remove from refrigerator and store in airtignt container.
