Ingredients For microwave peanut butter fudge

1 c

butter, unsalted
1 c

peanut butter, creamy
1 tsp

vanilla extract
1 lb

powdered sugar

How To Make microwave peanut butter fudge

Grease and line a 9X9 pan with parchment (or wax) paper that is twice the size of the pan.

Place peanut butter and butter in 2 quart microwave safe bowl and microwave for 2 minutes. Stir and microwave for 2 more minutes. Stir in vanilla then powdered sugar until there are no lumps.

Pour fudge into pan and fold over the paper and smooth out the fudge. Refridgerate for 2 hours then cut into 1" squares. Place in airtight container.
