Marshmallow Fudge

OK, I adopted this one from this site, I'll test it and let you know how it is & a pic.

Ingredients

1 c
milk
2 1/2 c
sugar
2 Tbsp
light corn syrup
1 tsp
vanilla extract
2
unsweetened chocolate squares
1/4 tsp
salt
2 Tbsp
butter
12
marshmallows

Step-By-Step

1Heat milk and chocolate together in heavy saucepan over low heat until chocolate is melted.
2Add sugar, salt and corn syrup.
3Cook, stirring until boiling starts.
4Cover and boil 3 minutes to wash down sugar crystals from pan sides.
5Uncover.
6Cook without stirring until thermometer reaches 232 degrees.
7Remove from heat and cool without stirring to lukewarm.
8Add vanilla and beat until fudge thickens and looses its gloss.
9Cut each marshmallow into 8 pieces and stir into fudge.
10Turn into greased pan.
11Cut into squares when firm.
