Kim's Notes:

I have been looking around to find some different recipes to make for Easter this year and when I went to the candy store today and saw the key lime crunch I knew I had to make some bark with it. Hope you will enjoy it as much as my family and friends did.

I also loved the green color of the Key Lime Crunch and thought it would be pretty for Easter.

There is bark with Sweetened Coconut and some bark without.

Directions

1
In the picture above, I have candy with coconut and without. Some of my family doesn't like coconut so I just have the key lime crunch in it.
2
Melt down your white chocolate in a double broiler or the microwave. Then, add your coconut and stir until well coated. Now pour the mixture on to a wax paper that you have placed on a cookie sheet. Spread out the chocolate with a spoon until desired thickness of your bark. Now, sprinkle the key lime on top of the chocolate while it is still melted. Place in the refrigerator 10 minutes or just wait till it drys on the counter.
3
Pick up the piece of Key Lime Coconut Bark and break into pieces. That's it, your done. Enjoy.

(I really like this with the coconut because of the sweetness mixed with the tart key lime is a nice contrast and tastes really well together.)

what candy store do you find Keylime crunch?

Well, it is just a local candy shop(where you buy chocolate to make candies) in our town; it is called The Sugar Shack. She always carries different kinds of "crunch". She had lemon too and one other kind right now. Of course, it is always seasonal flavors. At Christmas time I do a Boysenberry Bark. Hopefully, if you have a place where you can buy Chocolate you can get it there. Or maybe ask if they could order it. It is a small bag of crunch because it packs a punch; very tart and powerful in flavor. Hope this helps. Kim

This was ok, for my taste, something about the tartness. However, at least one, if not more, of my children loved this. Something different for the pallet!
