You could use white almond bark or you could use this recipe to make your own almond bark just leave out the cherries.

Ingredients For holly fudge

1 cgranulated sugar

1/2 c(1 stick) butter

1/2 cheavy cream

1/8 tspsalt

2 cconfectioners' sugar

1 tspvanilla extract

1 cred and green candied cherries, chopped
How To Make holly fudge

1Coat 8-inch square baking dish with cooking spray.

2In large saucepan, bring granulated sugar, butter, heavy cream, and salt to boil over medium heat, stirring frequently. Allow to boil 5 minutes, stirring constantly.

3Remove from heat and slowly add confectioners' sugar and vanilla, stirring until smooth and well combined. Stir in cherries until evenly distributed.

4Spoon into baking dish and chill 1 hour, or until firm. Cut into squares and serve, or store in an airtight container. Notes: If you prefer, leave out the candied cherries and you'll have a great vanilla fudge.
