I have made these without Ganga butter and just use plain and they turn out great for the kids to eat.
- 1/8 to1/4 lb
- 1 heaping c
- 1/2 c
- corn syrup, light
- 3 oz package jello gelatin... any flavor
- lollipop sticks
1Boil : butter , corn syrup , and sugar till temp reaches 310 to 325 with candy thermometer
2Add Jello and stir well.
3Put sticks into molds.
4Pour mixture into mold quickly and let harden.
