since it says foolproof in the title. does this really mean foolproof? i've never made this. you'll have to tell me if it really is foolproof.

Ingredients

3 pkg
(6 oz.) semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 can(s)
(14 oz.) sweetened condensed milk (not evaporated milk)
dash of salt
1 - 1/2 c
chopped nuts (that's 1/2 to 1 c.)
1 1/2 tsp
vanilla extract

Directions Step-By-Step

in a heavy saucepan, over low heat, melt chips with sweetened condensed milk and salt. remove from heat; stir in nuts and vanilla.

spread evenly into waxed paper-lined 8 or 9 inch square pan.

chill 2 hours or until firm. turn fudge onto cutting board; peel off paper and cut into squares. store loosely covered at room temperature.
