I have always loved hard Peppermint at Christmas. You can put it anywhere and it works. Same goes for Nuts. They can be used so many ways. Put them side by side with a sprig of green Holly and you can hear Jingle Bells in your head. This candy recipe fits right in. Add a couple of flashing bulbs, spices in the air and you have arrived.
Break up Peppermint Candy Canes and crush in food processor on Pulse. Then place between wax paper and roll fine with a rolling pin. Set aside in small bowl.
Melt White Almond Bark according to package directions. Stir in toasted pecans and turn out on to cookie sheet lined with parchment paper. Sprinkle top with crushed Peppermint Candy and press lightly with palm of hands then smooth out.
Completely cool. Cut into desired size chunks and place in pretty candy dish.
