- white almond bark
- 2 c
- toasted pecan pieces
- 1 1/2 c
- crushed peppermint candy canes
1Break up Peppermint Candy Canes and crush in food processor on Pulse. Then place between wax paper and roll fine with a rolling pin. Set aside in small bowl.
2Melt White Almond Bark according to package directions. Stir in toasted pecans and turn out on to cookie sheet lined with parchment paper. Sprinkle top with crushed Peppermint Candy and press lightly with palm of hands then smooth out.
3Completely cool. Cut into desired size chunks and place in pretty candy dish.
