200 g skim milk
20 g durian fruit meat
100 g pound peanuts/any nuts

Remove Durian Fruit meat from the shell,then mix it with evaporated milk and skim milk.
Put all mixed ingredients in the pan and set in a low fire while keep on mixing it till it gets sticky and cooked.
When cooked, removed pan from the fire and let it cool. while waiting, prepare the colored plastics cut them into 2x2 square inch.
When all ingredients gets cool start wrapping it in a colored plastics.

Alice I have heard that the Durian is a very smelly fruit like rotting socks and other say it smell like almonds? What do you say? I have not seen them here in Vegas, but my daughter says they are available in California.

And also that they are hard to open- using rocks or some special tool.

My daughter loves durian. It smells like something rotting, I don't think it smells like almonds at all. I make her keep it at her dads when he buys it for her...lol
