Cocoa Coconut Balls - Easy!

- sweetened condensed milk (14 oz.)
- 1 Tbsp
- cocoa, unsweetened
- 1/2 c
- shredded coconut
1Heat milk on medium-high heat with the cocoa powder stirred in. Cook, stirring, until the mixture comes away from the bottom of the pan, about 5 minutes. Whisk until smooth.
2Pour mixture into a small baking dish. Place in freezer until firm, about 20 minutes. Remove from freezer.
Scoop out by spoonfuls; roll each spoonful into a little ball. Roll the balls in the coconut to coat well.
