Ingredients For chocolate peppermint patties

  • 2 box
    confectioner's sugar
  • 1 can
    sweetened condensed milk (14oz can)
  • 1/2 c
    butter, softened (1 stick)
  • 1 Tbsp
    pure peppermint extract
  • 1 pkg
    semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1/2
    bar paraffin

How To Make chocolate peppermint patties

  • 1
    Mix together sugar,milk,butter and peppermint in a large bowl. Roll mixture into small balls. Place on wax paper and chill. Melt chocolate chips and paraffin together in top of double boiler. Remove from heat,leaving chocolate over hot water. Using a toothpick, dip balls into melted chocolate. Cool on wax paper.
