1 lb	powdered sugar
1/3 c	butter, softened
	peppermint extract to taste(1-2 teaspoons)
	chocolate or white chocolate for dipping

Kathy's Notes:

Easy to make and can use white chocolate and tint for holidays.

Mix syrup,butter,powdered sugar and peppermint
extract.Shape in a small roll and freeze.Slice while still frozen and dip in melted chocolate.

variation:use white chocolate and tint with small amount of gel food coloring.
