Kristin, You can melt vanilla candy coating or vanilla chips and add a few drops of green food coloring or food coloring paste, (just a small amount on a toothpick dipped into the paste) mix into melted coating or chips until throughly combined. Drizzle or swirl a small amount on top of candy and let harden. The food coloring paste gives better color and can be found in different colors of green. JoAnn's Hobbie Stores, Meijer Groceries and Michaels carries it. It is a Wilton product and you might try www.wilton.com also. Or you can also buy different colored vanilla wafers too. I know Michaels carries them.
