Chocolate Mint Truffles

This are good and easy to make.

Ingredients

1 pkg
10oz. mint flavored chocolate chips
1 pkg
6 oz. semi-sweet choc. chips
1 can(s)
14 oz. sweetened condensed milk
finely chopped nuts, flaked coconut, choc. sprinkles, colored sugar

Directions Step-By-Step

In heavy saucepan, over low heat melt choc. chips, with the sweetened milk. Chill 2 hours or until firm. Shape into balls, roll in any above coatings. Chill 1 hour. Store covered at room temp.

My oldest Granddaughter loves mint and chocolate. I'm going to share this recipe with her and maybe we can make these for the Holidays.

Eve, Thank you so much for sharing this recipe. I made them today and they are to die for. Instead of using semi-sweet choc. chips I bought the chocolate discs that are used in chocolate fountains. The ones I used are Dark Belgium Chocolate. I rolled them in chocolate sprinkles. I will share a picture. Thanks again.
