1 pkg 10oz. mint flavored chocolate chips
1 pkg 6 oz. semi-sweet choc. chips
1 can(s) 14 oz. sweetened condensed milk
finely chopped nuts, flaked coconut, choc. sprinkles, colored sugar

In heavy saucepan, over low heat melt choc. chips, with the sweetened milk. Chill 2 hours or until firm. Shape into balls, roll in any above coatings. Chill 1 hour. Store covered at room temp.

Kristin, You can melt vanilla candy coating or vanilla chips and add a few drops of green food coloring or food coloring paste, (just a small amount on a toothpick dipped into the paste) mix into melted coating or chips until throughly combined. Drizzle or swirl a small amount on top of candy and let harden. The food coloring paste gives better color and can be found in different colors of green. JoAnn's Hobbie Stores, Meijer Groceries and Michaels carries it. It is a Wilton product and you might try also. Or you can also buy different colored vanilla wafers too. I know Michaels carries them.
