Chocolate Kahlua Truffles

FORGET LOVE, I'D RATHER FALL IN CHOCOLATE. :)
- 12 oz
- chocolate chips
- egg yolks
- 1/3 c
- 2/3 c
- butter, unsalted
- ground almonds & cocoa powder, for rolling in
Add egg yolks, one at a time, stirring constantly until well blended. Mix in Kahlua and return to double boiler for 2 to 3 minutes, stirring constantly.
Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate 4 to 5 hours or overnight.
