This recipe is from Nestle. This is a fancy sounding recipe, that is quite easy. It doesn't actually have eggnog in it, just the flavor of eggnog. But, yummy!

Ingredients For chocolate chip eggnog balls

  • 2 pkg
    (3 oz) cream cheese, softened
  • 4 c
    sifted confectioners' sugar
  • 1 Tbsp
    heavy cream
  • 1 tsp
    brandy extract
  • 1/2 tsp
    salt
  • 1/4 tsp
    cinnamon
  • 1/8 tsp
    nutmeg
  • 1/2 c
    nestle toll house little bits semisweet chocolate chips
  • 1 1/4 c
    finely chopped pecans

How To Make chocolate chip eggnog balls

    In a bowl, combine cream cheese, confectioners' sugar, heavy cream, brandy extract, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg; beat, until creamy. Stir in Nestle Toll House Little Bits semisweet chocolate chips.

    Drop by rounded teaspoonsful onto cookie sheets. Chill 5 minutes. Roll into balls. Coat completely with nuts. Makes 3 1/2 dozen balls.
