Ingredients

1 lb
ground pecans
2 lb
confectioners sugar
1 stick
butter, softened
1 can(s)
sweetened condensed milk
6
squares bittersweet chocolate
1/2
block cooking paraffin

Step-By-Step

1Place first four ingredients into bowl and mix well

Roll by tablespoons into firm balls and place on parchment paper

Allow to dry

2Melt chocolate squares and paraffin together

Note: you can do this in the microwave in a mixing bowl but don't overheat.

3Roll candied balls in the chocolate/paraffin mix and place on parchment or waxed paper

Allow to set up (dry)

Store in airtight container with parchment paper between layers
