Directions
Peel 2 medium potatoes cut in to small pieces and cook till soft. Measure potatoes and butter. Mix and let stand till cold
add 10x Powdered Sugar & Vanilla Extract. Blend together till creamy.
make into a shape of a Easter Egg, or roll in your hands to make thin strips. Roll in cinnamon.
Place in refrigerator to chill.Friends have even dipped into chocolate.
