Paul's StoryThis is a GREAT recipe for Peanut Butter lovers (ME)! I'm writing this EXACTLY as my dietician told me so that we diabetics can eat it safely! ONE, I SAY AGAIN, ONE serving ONLY per day!!
pure vanilla extract
creamy or chunky peanut butter
1Put the Splenda blend & milk into the top of a double boiler set on medium high heat
2Bring it to a boil
3Boil 2 1/2 minutes
4Take it off the heat
5Add the peanut butter and vanilla
6Stir just until mixed well
7Pour into a greased 9 X 9 pan
8Cool & cut

Paul, do you bring the water (only) to a boil or the milk/splenda to a boil? This looks really good! I am diabetic too. I'm always on the "hunt" for good recipes that will not drive my blood sugar through the roof! (I know only one per day! If my daughter doesn't see these! LOL.) Thanks for sharing. Iris
