butter, room temperature

corn syrup, light
2 c
cashews, salted

Directions Step-By-Step

in heavy pan cook and stir in butter, sugar, corn syrup. bring mixture to a boil. cook until it starts to turn golden brown. remove from heat quickly and stir in cashews. pour onto a lightly buttered cookie sheet. cool completely break into pieces.... store in a tight container.

    these sound good...I love cashews! Now where is Gravity,IA.?? I'm in Hampton but have never heard of Gravity...if its not far feel free to bring some of this to me :-p
