I took my Peanut Butter Ball recipe added my own touches and this is what I came up with. They are really good to me. The white ones are the almond, the chocolate ones are made the same just use chocolate chips and don't put in the almonds.
In large bowl combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, peanut butter, almonds and melted butter. Mix well with hands. Shape into balls, about the size of walnuts. Chill until firm, I put mine in the freezer, doesn't take as long. In double boiler melt white chocolate chips and parafin until smooth. Dip chilled peanut butter balls in mixture and place on baking sheet lined with waxed paper. Let sit until dried.
