Whitney's Crumb Cake

I practically had to sell my soul to get this recipe from my daughter's friend. It is definitely one of the best crumb cakes ever!

Ingredients

CAKE

1 box
yellow cake mix
1 box
instant vanilla pudding mix
4
eggs
1 c
water
1/4 c
vegetable oil

CRUMB TOPPING

2 c
flour
1 c
sugar
1 Tbsp
cinnamon
1 c
butter, room temperature
confectioners' sugar for dusting

Directions Step-By-Step

Preheat oven to 350. Grease and flour 13x9" pan.

In a large bowl, beat the eggs. Add the remaining ingredients and mix on low speed until combined. Increse to high spped and beat for additional 2 minutes. Pour into prepared pan. Bake for 40 minutes.

While the cake is baking, prepare crumb topping by combining flour, sugar and cinnamon. Add butter and mix well by hand. (I use my hands to do this-a little messy but effective.)

Crumble this mixture over the cake and bake for an additional 10 minutes. When cake is cool, dust with confectioners sugar.
