Whipping Cream Pound Cake

A dear friend and former Dean of Students from my college days gave me this recipe. It is by far the tastiest pound cake I have ever eaten!

Ingredients

2 stick
margarine
3 c
sugar
3 c
plain flour (sifted)
6
eggs
1/2 pt
whipping cream
2 tsp
vanilla extract

Step-By-Step

1Preheat oven to 300 degrees.
2Cream margarine and sugar.
3Add eggs one at a time, beating between.
4Alternate adding flour and whipping cream.
5After completely mixed, add vanilla.
6Bake for 1 1/2 hours at 300 degrees.
7As soon as removed from oven , turn out of pan and flip once so top side is up.
