Ingredients

1 box
spice cake mix
1/2 tsp
cinnamon
2 tsp
cheesecake pudding mix or vanilla pudding mix
1 pkg
lite cool whip
1/2 c
water
1 can(s)
small can of pumpkin


Directions Step-By-Step

MIX PUMPKIN, CINNAMON, WATER, CAKE MIX

BAKE AT 350 DEGREES FOR 40 MINUTES

MIX COOL WHIP AND PUDDING MIX

ONCE CAKE IS COOLED SPREAD ICING AND THEN I TOPPED MINE WITH A CINNAMON AND SUGAR MIX OR YOU CAN DO SOMETHING MORE FESTIVE.

    Kelly, thanks for posting this...I will have to try this one. Tonight I made the WW muffins...spice cake mix, pumpkin, water and cinnamon chips. I got 48 mini muffins from the recipe. They are so good and moist! I will be making the red velvet ones tomorrow with white baking chips!

    Hi Donna I hope you enjoy it. It is the best cake that I have ever had. I do not eat a lot of sweets because they are so sweet but there is a happy medium with this recipe. Not dry at all and I just had to share. Merry Christmas and enjoy!
