3 c
powdered sugar
1 c
butter at room temp.
1 tsp
good quality vanilla
1 Tbsp
heavy whipping cream (you can use 1-2 tablespoons of the heavy cream


1Slowly cream together sugar and butter until combined. When well-mixed, beat on medium for another three minutes.

2Now it's time to add your cream and vanilla. Beat the mixture at medium speed for one more minute. You're shooting to get it to a consistency that you can pipe, so add more cream if needed. That's it!
