my mom always made this cake you have to use the powderd sugar box to get the right amount of flour, my brother jack puts choclate chips in his. i like golden rasins and wwalnuts and sometimes i put sourcream or cream cheese you can bake it in loafs or a 9 by 13 pan it makes acool birthday cake

How To Make vida's pound cake

1preheat oven 350 and start your pound cake cream butter and powdered sugar save the box to measure the flour ( this can be done with a mixer but i have done it with a fork)

2add the eggs mix add vanilla and almond flavoring, measure the flour in the powdered sugar box add mix together when mixed add the raisins and the chopped walnut fold them in

3grease the pans with buutter when done you can eat it
