Ingredients For verna's tea cakes

1 cbutter, cold

2 cwhite sugar

2eggs

3 1/2 cself rising flour

1 tspvanilla flavoring

1/2 tspcinnamon, ground
How To Make verna's tea cakes

1Cream the butter and sugar by beating together.

2Add the flour a little at a time and then the eggs that are slightly beaten.

3Mix in the flavoring and the cinnamon and drop by teaspoonful on an ungreased cookie sheet.

4Bake at 400 degrees for 10-12 minutes. Makes 3 dozen.
