2 c	sugar
6 lg	eggs
14 oz	vanilla wafers, crushed
1 c	coconut, shredded
1/2 c	milk
1 c	pecans, in pieces

lisa's Notes:

My grandmother used to make this cake, and just the smell of it brings back so many good memories. I'm not sure why the baking temp. is so low, but I pay heed to it, considering the baking time :).

Directions

Cream butter and sugar.

Add eggs, vanilla wafer crumbs, and milk.

Add coconut and pecans.

Bake at 250 degrees in ungreased tube pan for 1 3/4 to 2 hours.

Oh Gosh, I'm sorry! You can tell I'm new at this! The baking temp is 250 degrees.

ooo i have never seen this anywhere and i love to bake i have all the ingredients now maybe after i make my new adventure recipe tomorrow lol i will make this too..it sounds wonderful
