- 1 vanilla bean
- 2 cups of granulated sugar
1If vanilla bean is whole, slice down side of bean with the back of the knife and scrape seeds into an airtight container with the sugar.
2Bury bean and seeds in sugar and seal tightly with a lid.
3Let sit for one to two weeks.
4Use as regular granulated sugar in coffee and baking etc..
