Vanilla Rich Chip Cake

Gail Springsteen

Had saved this recipe and finally tried it; every time I've made it, it has been a hit! I do make it with the toffee bits instead of the chocolate chips. It's moist and oh, so tasty!

I will be making it for my daughters' birthday cake (one cake, two daughters born two days apart--different years, tho!!!) this year, and promise to post a picture. I think recipes are better with pictures!
