- angel food cake mix
- 1 can(s)
- coconut creme pie filling
- 1 pkg
- cream cheese, softened
- 10 oz
- crushed pineapple (w/half of the juice)
- 2 c
- confectioners' sugar
1In a mixing bowl, combine the cake mix and pie filling. Stir until mixed and slightly frothy.
2Pour into a greased tube pan. Bake at 350 for 35 minutes. Let cool to room temp then remove from pan to a cake plate.
3Sauce: Beat together the cream cheese, crushed pineapple, and conf. sugar. Pour directly on to cake, or spoon on to slices, or serve in small sauce bowls when cake is served!
This cake is also very good chilled.
