This was a total hit at the Church Luncheon I took it too. They loved the Sign I posted in it as well. But it turned out to be a flop as you can tell when I took it from the pan. But with no time to make anything else,I took it anyways and for humor made my lil sign to cover up my mistake. However it made a Hit over everyone. It's a very moist cake and very decilious as well. One of the ladies told me that would make a tasty science project for the school kids,I got a chuckle out of that one. Enjoy!

Place the Cake mix in the mixing bowl.Add the ingredients from the box to the cake mix. Blend the ingredients in the mixing bowl. Stop your mixer and use a spatula to scrape around mixing bowl to make sure your ingredients aren't sticking to the sides of the mixing bowl. Turn on the mixer and once it is blended quite smooth. Pour in Betty Crocker Coconut / Pecan Frosting into the batter. Mix well. You will have to stop the mixer once again to use the Spatula to scrape the frosting from the whip or beaters and around the bowl. Then pour into a greased an floured flute cake pan. Bake on 350 degrees for 45 mins. are til cake tester comes out clean. Take out cake from oven let it sit for 4-5 secs.Turn cake out, then turned out cake onto a cooling rack to cool. While cake is still warm to touch, I add some powder sugar glaze and dribble onto to top of cake for alittle glaze instead of frosting. I do this while it is on the cooling rack but I placed a cookie sheet under my cooling rack where the glaze will drip onto the cookie sheet and prevent a mess onto my counter top. If it should crack are become a flop as mine. Believe you me use it anyways, it will be eaten after one bite. This is a very moist cake and very delicious in each bite.
