Upside down German Chocolate Cake
- a german chocolate cake mix
- betty crocker coconut / pecan frosting
- 1 c
- powered sugar
- add enough water to make a smooth liquid glaze
Take out cake from oven let it sit for 4-5 secs.Turn cake out, then turned out cake onto a cooling rack to cool. While cake is still warm to touch, I add some powder sugar glaze and dribble onto to top of cake for alittle glaze instead of frosting. I do this while it is on the cooling rack but I placed a cookie sheet under my cooling rack where the glaze will drip onto the cookie sheet and prevent a mess onto my counter top. If it should crack are become a flop as mine. Believe you me use it anyways, it will be eaten after one bite. This is a very moist cake and very delicious in each bite.
1 cup of powdered sugar
Add water a little at time till it forms a thick liquid to pour over warm cake an forms a sugar glaze over cake.
