1Mix cake mix, pudding, veg oil, water, eggs, pour into 13 x 9 cake pan.
2In separate bowl mix, cream cheese and sugar with 3 tablespoons of peach juice.
3drain juce from peaches and place them on top of the cake mix. put globs of cream cheese mixture on top of the cake, kind of close together, but does'nt have to touch, I take a butter knife when done and swirl very lightly thru the cream cheese.
4Bake 50 minutes at 350%.. note** my convection oven NEVER takes as long as most recipes, so watch. 40-45 minutes usually does the trick. ;)
