This is my version of it ..well I'm from Nicaragua and this is the way my family does it there hope u enjoy it;-D... this can be done in any shape round , square or whaever u like u can make it one to two days prior to use ....warnng it may b to tempted to have it in your refri for next day ** this is something that u can start and finish later or even next day **

pinch tips: How to Measure Ingredients

30 Min

1 box
yellow cake or vanilla ( i preffer to do it with pinaple) any brand that u preffer
2 can(s)
sweet condence milkreg or fat free ur choice
2 can(s)
evaporated milk reg or fat free ur choice
1 can(s)
of mix fruit or pineaple ur choice for decoration only
1 c
milk (1%,2%,hole, skim your option)

Directions Step-By-Step

bake the cake according to the directions of the package, when cake ready flip cake upside down...if u want to present it to the table keep in mid that all the other ingrediants are going to be added to this cake and that it needs to have a lil bit of room (hight)....poke the cake with a fork all way thru all over so it will make it easier to absorb the milks
while cake is cooling u can start mixing on a blender the 2 cans of evaporated milk, 1 cup of reg milk and the 1 1/2 to 2 cans of sweet condens milk u can start with one and sweeting it up as u like i think 1 1/2 is just perfect ........sometime i like to pour some rum into the mix when im making it for a girls nigth but is up to you both way it taste great if u decide to pour rum is up to u how much you would like to add to it but i usually just add about 2 ounces ....mix well and chill in refrigerator
once the cake has cooled off and it has benn poke with a fork all the way u can poor the milk mixes and decorate with fresh fruits or with can of mix fruits or pineaple is up to u ...let it chill in the refrigerator and enjoy ......
