Ingredients For tiramisu mousse cheesecake

40nilla wafers, finely crushed

3 Tbspbutter, melted

4 - 8 oz. pkgcream cheese, room temperature, divided

3/4 csugar
-
6 Tbspstrong brewed coffee, divided

3 x lgeggs
-
1/3 cmilk
-
1 (3.4) boxvanilla instant pudding

2 ccool whip, divided
-
1/2 squaresemi sweet baking chocolate, coarsely grated
How To Make tiramisu mousse cheesecake

1Preheat oven to 325 degrees F.

2Mix wafer crumbs & butter; press onto bottom of 13 x 9" pan.

3Beat 3 pkg. cream cheese, sugar & 1 Tbsp coffee in large bowl with mixer until well blended. Add eggs, 1 at a time, mixing on low speed after each just until blended. Pour over crust.

4Bake 28 min. or until center is almost set. Cool completely.

5Beat remaining cream cheese in medium bowl with mixer until creamy. Add milk & remaining coffee; mix well. Add dry pudding mix; beat 2 min. Stir in 1 1/2 C cool whip. Spread over cheesecake; sprinkle with chocolate. Refrigerate 4 hours.

6Garnish with remaining cool whip just before serving.
