The most incredible and easy biscuit
any fruit you like for topping
1Separate egg whites and yolks. Mix yolk, vanilla powder and sugar. Add semolina.
2Whip the whites into thick foam.
3Put the foam over semolina. Mix carefully from top to bottom using big spoon (wooden if have).
4Preheat your oven to 350 F. Grease baking tray with butter and sprinkle with corn flour. Put the dough on the tray. Put it into the oven for 35-40 min
5Take out the tray 5-7 minutes before it's cooked and pour milk on the biscuit. Put the tray back for the remaining 5-7 min, let milk soak into the biscuit.
6Use for topping peach and sugar powder.
