Ingredients

1 pkg
yellow cake mix
1 pkg
instant lemon pudding mix
1 can(s)
(16 oz) fruit cocktail in heavy syrup
1 c
coconut, flaked
4 medium
eggs
1/4 c
oil
1/2 c
brown sugar
1/2 c
chopped nuts

FOR THE GLAZE

1/4 c
butter
2 c
powdered sugar
2 Tbsp
milk
vanilla extract, if desired

Step-By-Step

1preheat oven to 325.

2blend all cake ingredients except for brown sugar and nuts and beat 4 minutes with electric mixer at medium speed.

3pour into a well greased 9x13 inch pan. sprinkle with brown sugar and nuts.

4bake in a 325 oven about 45 minutes or tested done. cool 15 minutes.

5meanwhile make glaze by combining glaze ingredients and boiling for 2 minutes. pour over warm cake.
