350 degree oven. Lightly grease a 10 x 15 inch baking pan (jelly roll pan). Whisk together flour, sugar, soda and salt; set aside. In saucepan, heat the buttermilk and butter until barely bubbling. Remove from heat and quickly stir in flour mixture and remaining ingredients until smooth. Pour batter into prepared pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 - 20 minutes or until cake is golden brown and tests done in the center. Watch carefully as it will brown quickly. It might be done in 15 minutes.
Frost with any frosting you prefer. I like the frosting on the Chocolate Texas Sheet Cake. ENJOY!
