  In a bowl mix, flour, sour cream, salt, sugar, baking soda and eggs.

  In a sauce pan bring to a boil the margarine ,cocoa, and the water

  Add boiling mixture to the dry ingredients

  Bake for 20 min in a 350 degree oven for 20 min

  While your cake bakes make the icing : 1 box of powered sugar, 1 teaspoon of vanilla, 1 stick of margarine, 3 tablespoons cocoa ,6 tablespoons of milk, 1 cup of pecans ( optional )

  In a bowl: mix powered sugar, vanilla,and pecans

  In a sauce pan bring to boil margarine , milk and cocoa

  Add boiling mixture to dry ingredients

  Beat until smooth

  Frost cake while still warm
