I have always enjoyed lemon flavor. I gave it to my son when he was very young in his gripe water. He continues to enjoy it the taste of lemon. Lemon is a zesty flavor with alot of spring to it. The pudding in this recipe will lend to sweetness. It is a light to the taste buds. The cake, well it is just pleasant and mellow. This recipe is another comfort food recipe.
