Ingredients

2 1/2 c
flour, sifted
1 c
sugar
1 tsp
salt
1 Tbsp
plus 1 teaspoon baking powder
3/4 c
butter, softened
3
eggs
1/3 c
rose water
1 pkg
small instant french vanilla pudding
1 c
sour cream
1 tsp
pure vanilla extract
1 tsp
amaretto extract

Step-By-Step

1Preheat oven to 325 degrees F.
Grease and flour cake pans (2 8 inch rounds)
2Combine by hand flour, salt, sugar, and baking powder in mixer bowl. Add remaining ingredients and mix with mixer on low speed. Increase speed to medium and mix for 2 minutes until well blended.
3Pour batter into prepared pan and bake at 325 degrees for 30 minutes or until center tests done (toothpick inserted in center comes out clean).
4Alternate the fillings if doing a wedding cake or pick your favorite for an everyday cake.

White Chocolate Cream Filling
1/3 cup melted white chocolate
2/3 cup Sweet Romance Wedding Frosting
