Not sure where this recipe got it's name as it is more like a cake but if you are a pecan lover, this recipe is definitely one to try. I never frost it but I guess you could. A cream cheese frosting might be good.
Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees.
Lightly grease and flour a 13x9 baking dish.
In a medium bowl stir together both sugars, eggs, oil and vanilla. Stir with wooden spoon until well beaten.
Stir in flour and mix well. Add pecans, stir to mix pecans evenly through batter. Spoon into prepared 13x9 baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes or until toothpick in center comes out clean.
